About Role

We are looking for an ambitious and high-energy field sales manager in Gurgaon, to lead and support the sales and marketing team and implement sales tactics to achieve the company's revenue and growth targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Sell Waltr Products to Residential Apartments and Commercial buildings
• Meet prospective customers and execute effective product demos for closure
• Generate Leads and network with existing customers to create a pipeline for sales
• Follow-Ups after demos, negotiate pricing and ensure closures
• Ensure payment collections from existing and new customers
• Developing a comprehensive and aligned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plan
• Identifying product improvements and new product opportunities

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively Intracity and sometimes Intercity
• Should have a sense of ownership to complete projects independently
• Valid Driving License with own vehicle

Qualification

Any Graduation, MBA preferred, 0-2 Yrs work experience
