Job Overview:
The CSR Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with corporations, community organizations, and other stakeholders to support LXL Foundations initiatives. This role requires a strategic, results-oriented professional with a passion for corporate social responsibility (CSR) and a track record of successful partnership management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partnership Development: Identify and establish relationships with potential corporate partners, sponsors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to support and enhance the foundations initiatives.
• Sponsorship & Outreach: Work closely with internal teams, including business development head to drive sponsorship goals for programs and initiatives
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic plan for building and maintaining partnerships that align with the foundations goals and objectives.
• Program Management: Oversee the execution of partnership programs, ensuring they are aligned with the foundations mission and deliver measurable impact.
• Marketing Management: work with Marketing and communications team, to ensure that promotional activities and partnerships are eEectively promoted.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Track and evaluate the performance and impact of partnership programs, using data and feedback to inform continuous improvement and report on outcomes. • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present regular reports on partnership activities and impact to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Networking & Advocacy: Represent LXL Foundation at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build networks, enhance visibility, and identify new partnership opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelors degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CSR certification) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, CSR, or related roles, with a proven track record of establishing and managing successful partnerships.
• Skills:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain eEective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
o Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and project management skills.
o Proficiency in using data to measure impact and inform decisions.
o Knowledge of CSR trends, practices, and regulatory requirements.
