The CSR Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in securing and managing partnerships with High Net worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate entities. This individual will work closely with the Program Head and other team members to identify, engage, and onboard corporate partners who align with Deshpande Skillings mission. The role requires strong networking skills, a deep understanding of CSR frameworks, and the ability to create mutually beneficial partnership.
Jobs and Responsibilities:
This role will be based in Hubli location and require you:
- To raise and manage grant /CSR funding from Indian HNIs and Indian CSR funds to the tune of Rs.15 Cr. annually. CSR Partnership Development:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with funding partners.
- Develop collaterals (print/digital/AV) to attract and engage funders. Proposal Development:
- Design, customize and present compelling proposals to corporates. Program Alignment:
- Collaborate with the Program Head to align CSR-funded projects and ensure funder expectations are calibrated and met.
- Ensure that CSR initiatives are implemented effectively and deliver measurable impact. Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare detailed reports for corporate partners, showcasing program outcomes, impact, and financial utilization.
- Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and guidelines as per corporate and government requirements. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, addressing their queries and providing regular updates.
- Organize meetings, site visits, and events to engage corporate partners and showcase Deshpande Skillings work. Networking and Advocacy:
- Represent Deshpande Skilling at CSR forums, conferences, and networking events to build visibility and attract potential partners.
- Advocate for Deshpande Skillings mission and programs among corporate stakeholders
Key Competency and skills

Education and Expirence:
- Graduation/Post Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
- Certification in the Indian CSR Act will be desirable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CSR, corporate fundraising, or partnership development. - Proven track record of securing and managing CSR partnerships
