Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the companys growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to Krayons overall strategy. This individual will be responsible for expanding our client base, increasing revenue, and contributing to business expansion through strategic efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Research, identify, and evaluate new clients, partners, and market opportunities to develop growth strategies.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and align solutions to Krayons offerings.
• Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve set targets, contributing directly to the companys revenue goals.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust strategies as needed.
• Proposal & Presentation Development: Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations that showcase Krayons services and value propositions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, operations, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and client requirements.
Qualifications:
• Education: Any Bachelor's degree
• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in the events or entertainment industry) •
Skills:
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
o Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
o Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth
o Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage client expectations effectively
