HR Generalist

• 1-3 years of experience in managing HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
  
• Proficiency in HRMS tools like Zoho People (or similar).
  
• Experience with ATS systems, preferably Zoho Recruit.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
  
• Organizational skills with a keen ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees, using ATS tools such as Zoho Recruit.
  
• Manage employee attendance, payroll, and compliance through HRMS tools like Zoho People.
  
• Handle employee grievances and support problem-solving efforts to ensure a smooth workplace environment.
  
• Lead employee engagement and development programs to foster a collaborative and positive work culture.
  
• Facilitate smooth employee offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures and ensure adherence across the organization.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist roles.
  
• Proficiency in HRMS tools (Zoho People or similar).
  
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems (Zoho Recruit or similar).
  
• Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
