Your Role at ProCreator:
The Head of Operations will oversee and optimize ProCreator\u2019s daily operations, ensuring seamless project execution, client satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration. This strategic leadership role requires expertise in UX/UI design, project management, business growth, and team mentorship to drive operational excellence and innovation.
Here\u2019s what you\u2019ll do:
- Operational Strategy & Management : Develop and implement policies, streamline processes, and monitor KPIs to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership & Development : Lead, mentor, and grow the design team by fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring project success, and collaborating with HR to recruit top talent and drive professional growth.
- Client Engagement & Project Delivery : Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring expectations are met through clear communication and strategic guidance. Oversee project timelines, quality assurance, and alignment with client goals.
- Sales & Business Development Support : Collaborate with sales teams to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and innovative design solutions. Align design services with market trends and client needs to drive business growth.
- Process Optimization & Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends to enhance design operations, integrate AI-driven efficiencies, and implement best practices in UI/UX design. Drive continuous process improvements for better project execution and client satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, development, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of design across all business verticals. Facilitate effective communication to align design goals with broader business objectives.
RequirementsWhat You Bring to the Table?
- Educational Background: A Bachelors degree in Design, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master\u2019s degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Experience: 7-15 years of expertise in UX/UI design, operations management, or business strategy, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Project Management & Operations: Proven ability to manage large-scale operations, streamline workflows, and ensure project success through operational excellence.
- Client Management & Consulting: Exceptional skills in consulting, negotiations, and leading high-impact client presentations.
- Business Development & Sales Insight: Strong understanding of sales processes, revenue growth strategies, and financial planning within a design or technology-driven industry.
- Leadership & Communication: Outstanding ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and solve complex challenges with strategic foresight.
