Important Transparency Note about Stipend

This is a trainee-internship position with a stipend that starts from Rs. 2,500/month and goes up to Rs. 12,500 per month through an increase of Rs. 2,500 every 3 months. Please do not be misguided by the figure mentioned in any other fields.

Role & responsibilities

1. Attend on-site and virtual meetings to gather and document requirements precisely.
2. Assist in creating simple-but-neat and mistake-free business proposals and presentations.
3. Work on ad-hoc requirements shared by Project Managers/Supervisors
4. Collaborate with internal teams to understand the services and offerings.
5. Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities
6. Proficient usage of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other sales tools in use.
7. Practically learning to support the management by contributing to growth ideas and initiatives undertaken by the management.
8. Completing all learning modules and assignments given to you before or on-time
9. Exercising high ownership and accountability as an integral part of your career at KraftPixel.
10. Working towards skill sets (and feedback) to become a full-time Associate Business Development Executive at KraftPixel

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate should be from Mumbai city or a nearby suburban region and must be open to travel
2. Preference : Male Candidate.
3. Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides
4. Knowledge of CRM: Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and techniques.
5. Web Development Knowledge: Understanding of web development basics (not hands-on coding, but familiarity with IT processes and technologies is a plus).
6. Basic understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and business growth strategies.
7. Communication Skills: Strong written English and verbal communication skills.
8. A high-ownership and accountability spirit.
