Type: Work from office. Location: Chembur, Mumbai. Day To Day Responsibilities. Answer inbound calls; in addition to handling all web generated, direct and other written enquiries from potential customers relating to new bookings.
Research and identify new market opportunities. Carry out the sales process to attract new clients and maintain fruitful relationships with them and address their needs. Is available to answer any questions, or resolve any problems that the guests may have, always aiming to do whatever they reasonably can to ensure that guests have the best possible holiday. Achieving the weekly/monthly targets in a high pressure performance driven environment.
Maintain all the data of the clients on the CRM. Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty. Build strong relationships with your clients to increase their likelihood of returning to the company year on year. Pay close attention to detail with all aspects of bookings in order to minimize errors, client dissatisfaction and lost revenue to the company.
Process all booking requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail. Provide fast, friendly service and actively seek out customers to assess their needs & provide them with better assistance. Guiding customers/clients about available offers and services. Converting potential leads into sales and meeting the set target.
Our Desired Skills And Requirements. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. MS Office. English proficiency.
Knowledge of GSuite. Proactive and exude strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. We prefer candidates who own their own laptop.
