Role Description

The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and managing team performance. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The role involves monitoring and improving team performance, handling escalated customer issues, and implementing service improvement strategies. The Team Lead will also be tasked with training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Management skills
• Experience in achieving and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage
