Job Description
- Experience : At least 5 years of experience in SAP IS-Retail implementation and support.
- Skills : Strong understanding of retail business processes, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong communication skills
Education :
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education
- SAP Certification
EOE KI :
- Implementation and Support : Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP IS-Retail solutions.
- Business Analysis : Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
- Customization and Configuration : Design, customize, configure, and test the SAP IS-Retail module.
- Workshops and Training : Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and provide training to end-users.
- Troubleshooting : Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting, investigating, analyzing, and solving software problems.
- Enhancements : Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
- Documentation : Document customer requirements, system configurations, and changes.
