Job Description
Lead and manage a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality managed services.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a clear understanding of client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Drive the strategic direction of managed services, aligning with the firms growth and innovation goals.
Optimize delivery team structure and contractual terms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional qualification such as CA or Btech and MBA .
Prior experience working in Big 4 accounting firms.
Worked on complex compliance engagements with clients , such as any tech risk transformation initiative
Strong knowledge in SAP or Oracle automated controls testing
Proven track record in IT risk assessments, IT audits, SOX compliance
Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire a team towards achieving excellence.
