Job Description

Any Graduation.
Taking care of the general facilities and administration and day to day operations.
Vendor invoice processing, Payment Follow up with finance.
Printing requirements- Printed Stationery, Visiting Cards / ID cards, Brochures, Posters, Danglers etc.
Invoice validation and processing- Monthly MIS, Periodic reconciliation
Office Stationery - Inventory management, Procurements, Invoice Validation and processing monthly MIS.
Handling Admin Imprest (petty cash)
Advance from finance and settlements.
Conveyance to office boys
Petty admin expenses.
Daily inspection of logbooks, history card, checklist, escalation charts, SOP & PPM schedules etc. for a better management.
To ensure vendor management & vendor evaluation is done on monthly basis.
Ensuring the planned daily, weekly, fortnightly & monthly activities are completed.
Handling outsourced service providers in maintaining office Security / Escorts, Pest control, pantry, Mail room operations.
Ensure proper functioning of cafeteria equipment, F & B.
