Roles Available: Manager | Associate Director | Director
KPMG India is expanding its Industrial Infrastructure Development Advisory Practice and seeking dynamic professionals to contribute to nation-building initiatives. If you have deep expertise in Infrastructure, Transport, Logistics, Ports, and Aviation and a strong consulting background, this is your opportunity to work on high-impact projects with Central and State Governments.
Key Responsibilities - Manager:
- Lead project execution and provide strategic insights on infrastructure development, transport, logistics, ports, and aviation.
- Engage with Central and State Government stakeholders to support policy formulation, feasibility studies, and project structuring.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and financial modeling for project planning and implementation.
- Develop detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients.
- Ensure quality delivery of engagements and manage junior team members.
Associate Director:
- Oversee multiple engagements, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment with client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients and industry stakeholders.
- Provide thought leadership on infrastructure policies, funding models, and investment strategies.
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals and pitches.
- Mentor and guide managers and junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Director:
- Define the strategic direction for the Industrial Infrastructure Advisory Practice.
- Lead high-stakes engagements with Central and State Governments, advising on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Develop and execute market strategies to expand the practice's presence and influence.
- Represent KPMG in industry forums, policy discussions, and public sector engagements.
- Drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and build a strong network within the sector.
- Lead and nurture a team of high-performing professionals, ensuring knowledge transfer and team development.
Key Requirements:
- Education: MBA/PGDM, or equivalent qualifications from a reputed institution.
Experience:
- Manager: 7-10 years
- Associate Director: 10-15 years
- Director: 15+ years
- Strong experience in government advisory, infrastructure consulting, and public policy formulation.
- Proven track record of working on Central and State Government projects in transport, logistics, ports, or aviation.
- Expertise in policy analysis, financial modeling, project structuring, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
