- Implementation and Configuration:Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet HR and talent management requirementsCustomize and optimize SuccessFactors functionalities to align with organizational goalsCore HR and Employee Central:Implement and manage core HR processes, including employee data management, organizational management, and HR transactionsUtilize SuccessFactors Employee Central for comprehensive HR data managementTalent Management:Implement and optimize SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including performance management, goal management, succession planning, and learning management
- Align talent management processes with organizational development strategies
- Recruitment Management:Oversee the implementation of SuccessFactors Recruitment Management for efficient and effective recruitment processesOptimize candidate sourcing, application tracking, and onboardingCompensation and Benefits:Implement and configure SuccessFactors Compensation and Benefits modulesEnsure accurate and fair compensation practices, including salary structures and benefits
- Ensure seamless integration between Success
- Factors modules and other relevant HR systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with existing business processesData Security and Privacy:Implement and maintain data security measures within SuccessFactorsEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policiesReporting and Analytics:Develop and generate reports and analytics within SuccessFactors for HR insights
- Provide regular reporting to management on key HR metricsUser Training and Support:Provide training to end-users on SuccessFactors functionalitiesOffer ongoing support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors-related issues
