Key Skills and Responsibilities

• 4 to 8 years of total overall experience with 3 + years of ServiceNow relevant development experience
• Need to have Implementation experience on ITSM module and either one of these following SecOps / Discovery /HRSD / CSM / FSM / ITBM / Orchestration / Service Portal / CMDB / Service Mapping / Event Management / ITOM/App Engine
• Hands on Experience with Platform and Java scripting is Mandatory.
• Good Communication and presentation skills should be able to handle and manage stakeholder conversations (internally & with client).
• Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform along with proficiency in documentation as per the Standards.
• Hands-on experience in migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow.
• Good at creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes.
• Excellent understanding of best practices followed in application design & development in ServiceNow.
• Should have good integration experience using either one of the following REST / SOAP Web services, JDBC, SFTP, Integration Hub etc.

Education:

• Bachelors degree with 3 or more years of experience into ServiceNow Development
• Should have certifications like CSA, CAD etc.
