KPIT - Project Manager (6-8 yrs)

- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager from the automotive industry to lead projects focused on delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive projects from conception to delivery.

- The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project scope, timeline, budget, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- "Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans to ensure successful project delivery.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, testing, and design teams to ensure project deliverables are met.

- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and internal leadership.

- Manage project budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid, and adhere to organizational processes and standards.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure business continuity.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Perform project review and feedback to improve project management processes and best practices.

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related fields
