Construction Manager

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Oversee the entire construction process of the high-rise tower, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Implement Mivan aluminum formwork technology efficiently to optimize speed and quality.
• Develop and monitor work schedules, labor productivity, and material management.

2. Site Supervision & Quality Control

• Ensure structural integrity, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to check formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with the design team, structural engineers, and consultants to resolve technical issues.

3. Mivan Formwork Management

• Plan shuttering cycle, deshuttering sequence, and curing process for Mivan formwork.
• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and reuse of Mivan formwork panels to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Ensure proper concrete compaction and alignment for seamless wall and slab finishing.

4. Coordination & Team Management

• Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with MEP, plumbing, and finishing teams to avoid work clashes.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of materials.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to construction safety standards, risk assessments, and mitigation measures.
• Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site workers.
• Maintain compliance with local building codes, environmental norms, and quality standards.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain records of project progress, labor deployment, material usage, and expenses.
• Prepare progress reports, daily site logs, and quality assurance checklists.
• Work closely with the Project Director, Architects, and Clients for project updates.
