Sr Engineer/ Engineer - Civil

• Project Execution: Oversee the execution of high-rise building projects with a focus on Mivan shuttering technology and aluminum formwork.
• Structural Work: Ensure proper reinforcement, concrete quality, and formwork methodologies for structural integrity.
• Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, consultants, and contractors for seamless project execution.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure compliance with construction standards, IS codes, and best practices.
• Safety & Compliance: Implement safety measures and ensure adherence to environmental and regulatory norms.
• Material Management: Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and usage of construction materials.
• Site Supervision: Supervise workforce, conduct site inspections, and resolve any construction-related issues.
• Budget & Cost Control: Ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality and safety.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily progress reports, project documentation, and coordinate with senior management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Mivan shuttering and aluminum formwork technology.
• Hands-on experience in high-rise construction (G+30 floors and above).
• Knowledge of IS codes, structural drawings, and execution methodologies.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
