Group Product Manager - Internet/Online (8-12 yrs)

Role Summary: The Group Product Manager will oversee a team of Product Managers across multiple product lines, focusing on strategic alignment, cross-functional collaboration, and scaling the product portfolio. They will be responsible for defining product strategy and managing the execution of multiple product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define the product strategy and roadmap for a group of products, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

- Lead a team of Product Managers, guiding them in strategy, prioritization, and execution.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to set vision, strategy, and goals for the product portfolio.

- Oversee the development and execution of product plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions.

- Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch to post-launch optimization.

- Track and report on product performance, using KPIs to guide team decisions.

- Build strong cross-functional relationships with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Analytics teams.

- Drive a culture of innovation, user-focus, and continuous improvement within the product team.

- Act as a key advocate for product initiatives, communicating updates and progress to stakeholders.
