Product Manager - IIM/ISB (2-5 yrs)

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Product Manager to drive execution and ensure we deliver high-quality products that delight our users. This role is ideal for someone early in their PM career, passionate about building user-friendly products, and skilled at ensuring the end-to-end product quality.

This is a fully remote position based in India.

Key Responsibilities

Product Quality & Execution

- Ensure all features are shipped with high quality, meeting design specifications and covering all edge cases.

- Collaborate closely with the India-based engineering and design team to review deliverables before escalating to leadership.

- Conduct QA testing (without being a dedicated QA professional) to ensure bug-free, user-friendly experiences.

Product Development

- Scope and define product features to make the product approachable and competitive.

- Conduct user interviews and competitor research to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Create PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) for straightforward features.

User Experience & Feedback

- Advocate for the user by ensuring features address real needs and pain points.

- Act as the first line of review for ensuring the product matches user expectations.

Team Coordination

- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to maintain a smooth workflow and meet deadlines.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 2-3 years as a Product Manager, with experience in fast-paced, execution-focused environments.

Education: Degree from a Tier 1 business school.

Skills:

- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality execution.

- Ability to conduct user interviews and competitor analysis.

- Strong written skills for creating PRDs and other documentation.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
