Business Finance Manager - Retail (4-8 yrs)

- The B&M Finance Lead will oversee and manage the financial operations of the Buying and Merchandising department. This role includes budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, vendor management, and trade recording and reviewing terms.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements of margin

- Ensure proper recording of purchase, debit and credit notes on mely basis

- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits

- Reconcilia on of Margin reported vs actual

Vendor Management:

- Manage rela onships with vendors and suppliers to ensure mely reconcilia on of ledgers

- Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues or disputes

- Maintain a record of all terms of trade

Operational Efficiency:

- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures

- Streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

- Verifying the Margin as per terms of Trade and coordinates for closure.

Skills:

- Strong analy cal and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in financial soware and Microso Office Suite (especially Excel).

- Excellent communica on and presenta on skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
