Warehouse Manager

Role & responsibilities

A warehouse manager is responsible for the overall operations of a warehouse, including:

Inventory management: Tracking inventory, reducing discrepancies, and managing inventory levels

Safety: Implementing safety protocols, and ensuring a safe, clean, and secure working environment

Staff management: Managing and supervising warehouse personnel, and maintaining respectful relationships with the team

Equipment maintenance: Maintaining and repairing all equipment

Vendor and supplier relations: Acting as the primary point of contact for vendors and outside suppliers

Operational policies and procedures: Implementing operational and personnel policies and procedures

Problem-solving: Resolving issues on the job, and providing systematic solutions

Warehouse operations systems: Developing warehouse operations systems, including product handling, storage, equipment use, and shipping methods

Preferred candidate profile

Maximum 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager
