Job Title: Business Development Manager Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve team performance.
• Recruit, hire, and train new members of the sales team.
2. Sales Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
• Set sales targets and monitor progress against these targets.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Address client needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients.
4. Sales Operations:
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and company objectives.
• Oversee the development and execution of sales campaigns and promotions.
5. Reporting and Analytics:
• Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
• Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve sales performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
