Role & responsibilities

1. Establishing & strengthening relationships with the Bank Branch Manager to gain leads.

2. Prospecting & meeting walk in customers of the Bank & conducting Quick Need Analysis.

3. Increasing bank Customer Awareness about General Insurance products & achieving the targeted penetration on cross sell within the branch customer base.

4. Creating awareness & motivating bank employee store commend General Insurance products to Bank Customers.

5. Ensure compliance with internal sales process & other defined sales & service standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication & Relationship Management skills

1. Work Exposure: Candidate should have an exposure of below

a. Hands-on command of General Insurance products

b. Strong collaboration skills are a must
