Relationship Manager - Structure Finance - SFG

- Structured Finance Group (SFG) is involved in handling all the complex, high yield and structured transaction in the bank e.g. Acquisition financing, Bridge Funding, Special Situation, Instruments like CCPS, OCPS etc.

- The team works as product team and is responsible for identifying opportunities, driving origination, structuring and executing and monitoring the transactions post disbursement.

- The team also ensures the clients get the most efficient structure by providing bespoke solution to their funding needs.

- It leverages the vast connect of the Kotak group and external relationships to access a wide spectrum of client across industry sectors.

Job Role:

- Origination for Structured Lending Book based out of Mumbai.

- The role will involve originating and executing structured transactions leveraging various relationship teams in the group.

- Interacting with various internal and external stakeholders for the successful closure of the deal.

- Identifying new opportunities/structures across sectors.

Job Requirement:

- MBA from Tier 1 Institutes / CA (Ranker) with 7-10 years post qualification experience

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Analytical and Problem Solving
