DESIGNATION :- Assistant Manager

DEPARTMENT:- New Business -Rework

Grade:- L1

Key Responsibilites;

• Identifying and mitigating Risk within the process.
• Day to day QC activity of internal & external department.
• Working on process improvement to reduce FTR %
• Processing day to day cases of Fund Transfer/Consent & other Adhoc activity
• Managing all MIS /Report related to customer communication adhere to PHPC guidelines.
• Reverting to other departments query within timeline
• Responsible for automating existing processes to improve efficiency of entire department
• Preferably worked in any operations department of Insurance company (Candidates from Life insurance industry would be preferred)
• Excellent in written and verbal communication with ability to establish and maintain positive relationship at all levels including senior management
• Attention to detail, problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Education: Graduation / Post graduation

Work experience in years: 2 to 3 yrs experience

Skills / experience required: Strong verbal as well as written communication skills, processing knowledge , Team Player, Manage multiple activities
