Role  -  Premier Agency, Training Manager (L5/L6)

Role & responsibilities

• Identify Training need, plan and execute training sessions of High Potential Advisors, Partners and employees in designated area
• Ensure optimal participation in training sessions
• Measure training effectiveness to meet desired outcomes and course correct wherever required

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate, with 5-7 years of training experience preferably into Life Insurance domain

Target people who have done training in Banca channel.

They will have to travel for sessions in cities like Pune, Ahmedabad, Nashik etc

Should have good communication skills.
