POSITION / TITLE : Product Designer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You ll take complete ownership of the UX and UI. Which includes research, wireframe, high fidelity screens, Prototyping and validating the solution, developer handoff, and testing. You will be the voice of the users and you should also be comfortable with conducting any user research to validate the ideas.
- You ll be working directly with the management and product teams right from the conceptualization stage.
- You have to ensure that you follow a structured thought process for designing the product and also be ready to market your ideas.
- You ll be creating clickable prototype whenever needed using InVision or Principle. Creating and managing icon and illustration library.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Overall 3-12 years of experience in Product designing (UX & Interaction Design).
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Expert skill level with standard tools like Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, google Suite, etc..
- Detail-oriented, strategic-thinker, decision-maker, creative thinker.
- Great at illustrations and iconography
- Who can create and manage design system.
- Experience with designing the products is a huge plus. Who has a strong knowledge of design principles.
OTHER SKILLS WE D APPRECIATE
- Believe in thorough research before starting the design process. Detail-oriented, strategic-thinker, decision-maker, creative thinker. Quick and strong problem-solver.
- Drive early-stage usability testing and expert review.
- Experience with designing the products is a huge plus. Who has empathy on end-users, business, and also technology.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Bachelors in Design or Masters in Design
