Job Title Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - 'Industry 4.0' Digital Manufacturing Solutions

Purpose:

• To create and execute Manufacturing systems development plans aiming to improve digital knowledge and competences, working in the production environment, to enable a strong and effective connection among operation environment and technologies. Support definition and drive implementation of the relevant KPIs, designing and developing data visualization dashboards.
• This role will develop architecture, capacity and limitations, forming the reliable logical network able, to end to end phases in production process flow.
• To make and communicate conclusions and recommendation based on findings from analysis contextually driving development and implementation of analytics capability in KONE manufacturing unit.

Are you the one?

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of Professional Experience in Manufacturing Processes / 'Industry 4.0'
• Should have worked in Manufacturing industry for at least 3 to 5 years
• Ability to communicate in local language. English knowledge is an asset
• Machine integration knowledge (protocol communication

Responsibilities

• Translate application use cases into functional applications
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Skills

• Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
• Familiarity with the .NET framework
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Skill for writing reusable C# libraries
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and TSQL language
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Familiar with code versioning tools (Git)
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Basic understanding of PLC and OPC UA compliant devices and data flow
