1 Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator cum Sales Executive to join our team in Haldwani. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales opportunities. The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

2 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including field visits, cold calls, and online research.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential clients.
  • Approach potential customers, understand their needs, and promote elevator products/services accordingly.
  • Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Ensure timely reporting of daily activities and lead status to the sales manager.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

3 Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in the elevator, construction, or real estate industry.
  • Ability to work independently and generate leads proactively.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong sales approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
