Landscape technician

Position Title: Landscape Technician

Job Summary

1. To prepare of landscape EC details and attend EC meetings

2. To prepare the details from schematic to GFC stage. To check the drawings for correctness before issuing them on site.

3. Coordination with specialist consultants like ecologists, signage consultant, art curators, irrigation consultant, water feature consultant, horticulturist, special lighting effects consultant etc.

5. Coordination with different consultants at design development stage

6. Coordination with different specilised vendors for custommade landscape products/ features design and procument

7. To visit the site during execution stage to evaluate whether site progress is according to landscape GFC drawings.

8. To attend periodic site review meeting during construction stage

9. To have thorough knowledge of landscape details, materials and on site methodologies of carrying out the work.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Complete ownership of the project from schematic stage to project completion

Education and Experience: D. Arch. / any other relevant course

Total experience: 3-6 years in landscape field

Leadership Competencies and Skills: Good communication skills for coordination with all internal and external stakeholders, Problem solving tendency for betterment of the project. Pre-Requisites AutoCAD

Good communication skills - Marathi, Hindi and English

Industry Preference: Landscape Design Firm
