Trainee Associate

Job Description: As a Student Outreach and Placement executive, you will be
responsible for proactively reaching out to students, understanding their placement
needs and freelance assistance, and connecting them with suitable opportunities brought
by the team and the respective teams. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap
between students and the placement team, ensuring a successful placement experience.
This position requires exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to
understand and address student needs and provide quick solutions.


Requirements:
● Min 1 year of experience in a calling or customer handling role.
● Proficient in US/UK accent.
● Willing to work from 5 PM to 2 AM.
● Proficiency in using Google Docs and Sheets and relevant software platforms.

Responsibilities:
● Connect with enrolled students, understand their placement needs and career
paths, Initiate proactive communication, and provide guidance throughout the
placement process.
● Collaborate with students to identify preferred industries and job opportunities.
● Match students with suitable job opportunities and Freelance opportunities as
brought by the team or by reverse outreach.
● Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
● Develop positive relationships and provide placement assistance to students by
connecting them timely with the right teams.
● Listen attentively, assess needs, and tailor support accordingly
● Think quickly and provide timely solutions to challenges.
● Maintain strong follow-up and accurate documentation.
