Export Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare and process export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and certificates of origin.

2. Ensure that all documentation is in compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and transport companies to arrange shipments.

4. Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Familiarity with export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.

2. Knowledge of freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
