Job Description
Title: Job Description - Regional Execution Manager-North at Kohler Co.
Introduction:
At Kohler Co., we are a leading global manufacturer in the plumbing industry, known for our high-quality products, innovative designs, and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Regional Execution Manager-North.
Job Purpose:
This role exists to set the best standards for Kohler K&B India s retail stores and accomplish the new outlet roll out seamlessly.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Retail space planning & development
- Value engineering to reduce/optimize store set up cost.
- Validating Specifications, Drawings pack and Visit stores to ensure quality & adherence to the timeliness.
- To prepare PERT/GTM Charts
2. Maintenance and upkeep of existing outlets
- Store Audits- Conducting audit of xx retail outlets, following specific in-house parameters within stipulated timeline.
3. Planning and execution of New Product launches
- Preparation of BoQ / BoM subject to nature of project
- Plan project scheduling charts with MS Project/Excel
- Layout & Design Coordination with Design team
4. Showcase trends/stories
- Focus on increasing quantum and quality of in-store customer interaction through products, merchandizing and other aids (special focus on digital experiences)
- Undertake 1to1 interactions with customers, architects and retailers to understand customer buying cycle in detail
5. Vendor Management
- Prequalification and selection of Vendors
- Review of vendor s performance as per Centralized framework
- Standardization of Contract forms, SLAs etc.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Create robust vendor management framework
6. Innovate
- Competition retail outlet analysis and benchmarking
- Adoption of best practices and material usage from non-sanitaryware retail display
- Develop distinguishable identities for different types of Kohler showroom
Skills and Knowledge:
- B.ARCH/Interior Design. MBA Preferred.
- At least 8 years of project execution and retail design experience.
