Data Analytics Lead

Role & responsibilities

1. Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis using statistical methods, algorithms, and prediction techniques to uncover key insights from large datasets.
2. Business Impact: Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to optimize business operations, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth. Communicate insights to and align improvement actions with key stakeholders
3. Project Leadership: Lead data analysis projects from conception to execution, including data collection, cleaning, transformation, and analysis, while managing project timelines and deliverables. Mentor Data Analysts
4. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across departments to understand business needs, gather data requirements, and present data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends within large datasets.
6. Customer service and continuous improvement mindset for those generating data and those using analysis for decision-making

Preferred candidate profile

1. 8+ years of hands-on experience as a data analyst, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering impactful data-driven insights.
2. Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, with a strong foundation in statistical analysis and data modeling.
3. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and advanced knowledge of data visualization libraries (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
4. Engineering design related exposure & Manufacturing process exposure Product development process and Microsoft Project Online exposure.
5. PMP/RMP Certification is an added advantage.
