Job Title: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer / Team Lead
Location: Pune (Initially remote; hybrid once office is set up)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 2AM IST

Job Summary:
Were seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer / Team Lead with 6-9 years of experience in ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, WinForms, and Angular. The role involves hands-on coding, team leadership, mentoring, and system design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Coding: Develop web & desktop apps (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Angular, SQL Server), optimize performance, and write reusable code.
• Team Leadership: Lead & mentor a team of developers, assign tasks, track progress, and conduct code reviews.
• System Design: Ensure security, performance, and scalability of applications. Work with REST APIs, Microservices, and Cloud technologies.
• Debugging & Optimization: Troubleshoot issues and enhance performance, security, and scalability.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in: ASP.NET (Core & Framework), MVC, C#, Angular, SQL Server, REST APIs, Microservices, Entity Framework, Cloud (Azure/AWS).
• Leadership in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins), Unit Testing, Docker/Kubernetes, DevOps pipeline.
