Responsible for the delivery and team management of Infor M3 ERP System Administration, Security, and ION/MEC Integration. As part of the Infor M3 technology, will engage in cloud suite implementation, administering and monitoring a multi-tenant environment, deploying Infor OS objects, refreshing data, supporting ERP projects, developing and maintaining integrations with Infor and non-Infor applications, creating and testing technical specifications using Infor ION, conducting comprehensive integration and business process tests, documenting solutions, packaging and deploying integrations, and offering postproduction support including issue resolution and minor modifications.

What You Will Do

• Candidate should have a bachelor's or higher degree in a related field with an 8-12 years experience in Infor M3 ERP all phases.
• Experience playing a delivery/project lead role in full life cycle implementations, Upgrades, Rollouts, and post go live support.
• Working Knowledge of Agile/SDLC development methodologies.
• Experience in domain & Infor M3 System Administration, Security & ION/MEC Integrations, and processes knowledge with 3rd party applications as well.
• Knowledge of Infor tools, techniques & best practices for protecting the integrity of corporate data and processing.
• Excellent in People/Delivery/Time management skills
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for responsible applications
• Ability to share and transfer knowledge to team members with various knowledge and background.
• Ability to lead and effectively collaborate with others
• Ability to respectfully question ideas and share a point of view with others in support of the business requirements and needs.
• As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a team of analysts, consultants, testers or engineers and drive delivery within a program/project (Delivery/Maintenance/Testing).
• Conduct user interviews, process reviews, meetings, workshops for fully understanding of business requirements and functional/technical needs.
• Demonstrate a high level of ownership, leadership, initiative, and strong sense of urgency in all assignments as part of a fast-paced project implementation/post go-live support environment.
• Best practices to improve overall process performance and set up KPI framework.
• Provide direct leadership for all technical professionals
• Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize requirements.
• Coordination of technical activities with Delivery/Program/project and business.
• Apply business analysis principles to elicit, understand and document requirements. This will require leading meetings and workshops
• Ability to work cohesively in a team environment and act as a knowledge expert.
• Identify, reuse, and enrich the existing functional realizations.
• Collaborate openly to clarify vision, processes, scope, and end state capabilities and to secure commitments and maintain accountability
• Conducting research of alternatives and cost/benefit analysis.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in setting up users, roles, security and audit trail with in M3.
• Experience with Infor Ming.le, Data Lake, and security within Infor Federation Services (IFS)
• Experience in migrating configuration, content, and security Data from one tenant to another.
• Strong knowledge of Infor OS Architecture & experience configuring Infor OS/ION for integrations, especially in a multi-tenant cloud environment.
• Proficient in Infor Integration using BODs with Infor M3, including BOD extensions & creating custom BODs.
• Experience in developing technical specifications, coding and executing unit tests, with good documentation skills for technical specifications and user documents.
• Demonstrated skills in verbal and written communication, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience troubleshooting and providing solutions for issues related to the standard integration of M3 and Infor Edge Products.
