Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure seamless order processing and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP, order to cash, order management, dispatch scheduling, and invoice processing. This role involves close coordination with sales, logistics, and finance departments to ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Order to Cash process for domestic and export customers, ensuring accurate order processing, invoicing, and cash collection.
• Process customer orders in the system based on input from customers and sales teams.
• Act as the main point of contact with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers, shipping companies, and internal logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle tasks in SAP S4 HANA, including sales orders, billing, quotations, stock overviews, purchase orders, and requisitions.
• Monitor delivery schedules, dispatch orders, and ensure timely delivery.
• Verify and circulate order-related documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Allocate stock and coordinate with production teams for scheduling and inventory management.
• Prepare regular MIS reports to track sales performance and order status.
• Resolve issues by escalating requests to appropriate resources or engineers.
• Manage purchase requests, orders, and goods receipt processes.
• Review receivables and debtor aging reports with the marketing team for timely payment collection.
• Record customer inquiries and complaints in CRM, ensuring proper follow-up.
• Maintain confidentiality and work independently to support department objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline or related field.
• Proven experience in sales coordination or order management.
• Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA or other ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on customer service and problem resolution.
