Collection Executive- OTC

- Manage collections process from order to cash, ensuring timely payment from customers.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, negotiate settlements when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of orders.
- Analyze customer credit reports to assess risk and develop strategies for improving payment behavior.

Job Requirements :

- 2.7-8 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) or similar role in BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Strong understanding of OTC processes, including order management, invoicing, and collections.
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools.
