Job Description
- He / She should be a Bachelors in Physical Education and a Certificate/Diploma in health & Fitness with 3-5 years of experience. They are required to be on campus and will impart training to the students of the University. They will have to -
- Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines
- Monitor students do exercises and show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury and improve fitness
- Give alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill
- Monitor students progress and adapt programs as needed
- Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment
- If required & qualified will give information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues
- Give emergency first aid if needed.
