Technical Proficiency :

- Hands-on experience with tools such as R for statistical analysis, VBA for automating tasks in Excel, and Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications for data analysis, report generation, and stakeholder presentations.

Statistical Forecasting & Kinaxis RapidResponse :

- Proven ability to generate monthly forecasts, progressing from statistical forecasts to consensus forecasts, tailored to align with market demands and business objectives.

- Familiarity with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar supply chain management tools, enhancing planning accuracy and efficiency.

Collaboration with Stakeholders :

- Strong ability to work with regional and global stakeholders to identify trends, events, and outliers that impact demand forecasts, utilizing findings to refine forecasting techniques and approaches for improved accuracy.

- Collaborative experience with local and regional planning, marketing, trade, and finance teams to estimate promotional volumes for various products and offerings.

Participation in Monthly Planning Forums :

- Active involvement in monthly forums for alignment with planning teams (Supply, Deployment, and Innovation Planning), discussing production plans and managing exceptions effectively.

- Coordinated efforts with demand planners to reduce Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) and forecasting bias, fostering a culture of continuous optimization in demand planning processes.

Performance Review and Inventory Management :

- Regularly reviewed forecast accuracy and relevant metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance forecasting reliability.

- Collaborated with country teams on inventory management, optimizing Reorder Point (ROP) and Safety Stock (SS) levels while controlling inventories of discontinued products and leveraging verified patient data for improved forecasting.
