Job Description
Knowcraft is looking for a highly motivated candidatewith relevant experience in the field of US Valuations. As a Senior Analyst I,we are seeking a candidate with the following skill set.
SERVICE TYPE/EXPERIENCE
- Working knowledge of the belowwill have a preference:
- Portfolio Valuations/ FairValue Measurements (ASC 820)
- Equity Incentive Awards (ASC718 and IRC 409A)
- Business Combinations (ASC805)
- Goodwill Impairment (ASC350/360)
- Embedded Derivatives (ASC 815)
- Gift Estate TaxValuations
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning, organizing,conducting, and managing various valuation engagements.
- Functionally managing a smallengagement team while being accountable for the daily progression and reportingof the engagement to the senior members of the team.
- Assumes responsibility forquality control and accuracy of client deliverables.
- Oversees multiple valuationand consulting engagements simultaneously.
- Writes complex valuationreports and summarizes analyses and conclusions.
- Works collaboratively with theengagement team and is a positive contributor to the firms.
- culture; and
- Leads, trains, and mentors analysts and other associates within the team.
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- MBA (Premier B-School).
- Add-on: MS (Finance), CAand/or CFA (CFA Institute, US); and
- Certifications including CVA,ASA, and/or ABV preferred.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Minimum 18-36 months of valuationand/or consulting experience.
- Experience working in Big Four svaluation team, or a leading valuation firm will have a preference.
- Ability to effectivelycommunicate with the team, seniors, and clients; and
- Excellent quantitative, analytical,written, and presentation skills.
