Role & responsibilities :

Provide a comprehensive Facility Management service to ensure that all amenities are resourced and

maintained to the specified standard.

• Prepare repair and maintenance plan for the complex and implement preventive maintenance

schedule.

• Preparation of Facility management budgets and monitor subsequent performance.

• Manage the budget efficiently and yield cost savings where possible without compromising quality of

service.

• Maintain site services, through contractors and direct labour, in most cost effective way.

• Ensures occupancy of sites complies with statutory legislation.

• Prepare effective systems for addressing to clients complaints.

• Ensure quality of staff, appraising and developing them to ensure maximum contribution.

• Arrange training programs at all levels within the staff.

• Preparation of disaster management plan.

• Proactive liaison with appropriate local and municipal authorities.

• Value adds and cost saving services to the clients.
