Job Description
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop position profiles and understand overall hiring needs and requirements.
- Source, screen, and negotiate with potential candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain a strong track record of offer to joining ratio, ensuring successful onboarding of new hires.
HR Processes & Systems:
- Quickly understand and navigate the companys operating processes and systems.
- Develop and refine job descriptions (JDs), key result areas (KRAs), incentive schemes, and other HR-related schemes.
Employee Engagement & Development:
- Monitor the implementation of key HR processes, including monthly reviews, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Coordinate Learning and Development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Communication & Coordination:
- Maintain effective communication channels within the organization, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are clearly understood and followed.
- Respond promptly to HR-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and accurate information.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to HR practices.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and records, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: MBA in Human Resources or Any Degree in related field
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition and HR processes.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, quick responsiveness, and the ability to adapt to new systems. Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing HR policies, JDs, and KRAs.
- Familiarity with Learning and Development initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
