Role & responsibilities
Has to understand the Project Scope, develop comprehensive project cost estimates PCE/ BCTC evaluating the same periodically
❖ Has to monitor the project from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within the agreed PCE/BCTC parameters and agreed timelines.
❖ Responsible for developing work plans, construction programs, and work schedules in a logical manner using MSP or Primavera to identify critical path activities.
❖ Has to prepare Construction work Methodologies and procedures in line with GFCs and has to prepare Time cycle for key activities.
❖ Required to prepare project cost estimates (PCE) for all BOQ and non-BOQ items, supported by thorough rate analysis and update the same at every three months.
❖ Must evaluate resource requirements and establish a mobilization schedule.
❖ Conduct daily project tracking, update the Daily Progress Report (DPR) and Weekly Progress Report (WPR), and generate monthly Management Information System (MIS) and Material/Service Reconciliation reports. Analyse, discrepancies between planned and actual progress, highlighting areas that require the project team's attention.
❖ Responsible for initiating material purchase requisitions (PRs) and service requisitions(SRs) in close collaboration with the execution team and Quantity Surveying team, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and drawings/BOQ specifications.
❖ Has to Coordinate closely with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team at the Head Office to ensure timely release of Purchase Orders (PO) and Work Orders (WO), and follow up on any pending orders.
❖ Work in conjunction with the stores department to verify material receipts against each Purchase Order.
❖ Tasked with preparing PowerPoint presentations and all reports in accordance with the standard formats provided by the Head Office or the client.
❖ Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Contract Agreement (CA) and the ability to accurately interpret contractual clauses and obligations.
❖ Update and review project schedule to provide inputs to project in charge for smoother project completion
Additional requirement:
1. High-rise Composite-structure specific experience required.
2. Technical Skills: - MS Projects, AutoCAD, MS Office
