Role & responsibilities

• In-Charge for Zonal procurement of Bulk Materials

• Site visits for exploring Bulk Materials suppliers/Manufacturers as per the SOP/guidelines of KMV.

• Evaluation of vendors, their capabilities for supply as per the site requirements and submit the PREQUALIFICATIONS reports and Cost Benefit analysis.

• Preparation of Techno-Commercial Comparative statement.

• Conducting/Organizing Commercial Negotiations with vendors and concluding for best price, T&C within the Budgets given by Management.

• Taking Management Approvals and releasing the POs/WOs with detailed T&C of KMV.

• Contribute to the preparation and submission of daily reports to GM-SCM.

• Ensuring the seamless supply/services of Bulk Materials for all the project sites as per the site requirements.

• Vendor Development for all Bulk Materials across PAN India. (Value addition)

• Attend weekly meetings with PMD Team with latest updates of all Bulk Materials.

• Preparation of Daily/weekly/Monthly MIS Reports for all Bulk Materials in PPT

• On hand experience in Soft Skills and ERP for Preparation POs/WOs and MIS Reports

• Interdepartmental coordination with Project site and corporate office

• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Looking for candidate with Any UG/PG with Civil material experience with 18+Years in Infra companies.

• Should have good knowledge in procurement of Sand, RMC, Bricks, Soil, stones, water, Bitumen & HSD Fuel, Admixtures & Chemicals, Plywood & Runners, Landscaping.
