Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the overall marketing objectives.
• Identify target audiences and create content plans tailored to each platform.
• Produce, edit, and publish engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, across social media platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and design techniques.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
• Foster a positive and engaged online community.
• Use analytics tools to monitor performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic).
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to optimize strategies.
• Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for campaigns.
• Stay informed about platform updates, algorithms, and best practices.
• Experiment with new features and formats to keep the brand relevant.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience in running paid ad campaigns on social media platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and other experiment methods.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
