Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures. • Monitor and evaluate the quality of virtual assistance services provided to clients. • Conduct regular audits and provide feedback to team members to ensure adherence to quality standards. • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans. • Collaborate with team leaders and managers to ensure continuous improvement. • Handle client feedback and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution. • Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management.
Qualification : Any Graduation or Post Graduation • 3 - 4 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a virtual assistance or customer service environment. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Working Conditions: • This is a full-time position with the flexibility of remote work. • Five days of working with fixed off on Saturday and Sunday. • Ability to work in night shifts • Ability to work with US time zones Time tracking software will be installed to track the activities
Job Prerequisites: • High-speed internet connection • Laptop with an integrated camera and a pair of headphones • Distraction-free workspace with zero external interference
