Sr. Marketing Manager

Job Summary

- The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing marketing team. This role includes developing strategic marketing plans, implementing and analyzing the results.

- The candidate will also create and maintain a marketing knowledge center and ensure continuous progress reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop quarterly marketing plans detailing objectives, timelines, and strategies.

- Define success metrics and performance benchmarks for the marketing team.

- Recruit and manage team members to establish a stable and effective marketing team.

- Build a marketing knowledge center, including SOPs, training materials, and Q&A documentation.

- Provide regular progress reports to the management team.

- Implement and execute the marketing plan.

Compensation

-Base Salary: USD 650 per month ( Fixed Pay Rate - Non Negotiable )

Bonus:

- $150 bonus upon completion of the first two months and achievement of 60-day goals.

- An ongoing bonus structure will be developed in collaboration with the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent Communication: Outstanding English speaking and written communication skills.

- Experience:

- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally as a marketing generalist with exposure to diverse functions.

- At least 1 year of proven experience managing and leading teams.

- Writing Skills : Exceptional writing skills are a significant advantage, as content creation and review may play a role.

- Get-things-done approach : A proactive, resourceful mindset with a focus on delivering results.

Learning Agility : Demonstrated ability to learn and master new skills or knowledge areas that are critical to the role and implement them effectively.

Industry Background : Prior experience in the service industry is a plus.

-Tech Proficiency: Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as CRMs, email marketing systems, and project management software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ClickUp, or similar).
