About the Role:

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing marketing team. This role includes developing strategic marketing plans, implementing and analyzing the results. The candidate will also create and maintain a marketing knowledge center and ensure continuous progress reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create quarterly marketing plans outlining objectives, timelines, and strategies.

- Establish success metrics and performance standards for the marketing team.

- Recruit and manage team members to establish a stable and effective team.

- Build a marketing knowledge center, including SOPs, training materials, and Q&A documentation.

- Deliver consistent progress updates to the management.

- Implementing the marketing plan into action and oversee its execution.

Must-Have Skills:

- 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably as a marketing generalist with exposure to a variety of functions.

- Excellent communication skills (Both Verbal and Written)

- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including CRMs, email marketing systems, and project management software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ClickUp, or similar).
